Deep Cleaning
We will apply a solution to the tile and grout specifically targeted to the types of soils and contaminants on the surfaces
The tiles are agitated by hand or machine and the grout lines scrubbed, we leave the solution to dwell for the correct amount of time to break down soils, greases and emulsify. The emulsified solution is then rinsed off with high pressure hot water and extracted off to ensure all contaminants are removed from the floor ensuring its left squeaky clean
Outside Deep Cleaning
When deep cleaning ceramic and especially porcelain tile applications outdoors it is often necessary to also deal with algae, lichen and black spot. These are all issues that jet washing alone will not shift, with our specialist products we can remove the most stubborn and aged marks. After this process we can apply a preventor to ensure maximum protection, and annual application of a preventer is recommended to keep the outdoor surfaces looking at the best year on year
