We offer professional rug cleaning services which are very different from in-situ rug cleaning offered by most carpet cleaners which is basically just a surface clean. Whilst Hot water extraction is by far the best method for carpet cleaning it is not right for rug cleaning and the same results cannot be achieved and can often lead to issues such as colour run and damage to some delicate fibres. Carpet cleaning often will not remove deeply ground in debris and soils that cause fibres to wear as the fibres are often far denser than fitted carpets. Cleaning rugs at our rug cleaning facility allows us to use the right products and tools to gently revive rugs back to their natural beauty, brighten colours and remove even the worst odours.

​As with carpet cleaning not all stains can be removed, its dependant on fibre type, type of spillage, heat and how stain has been treated but it is possible to redye the fibres back if the colour can be removed. If a stain cannot be removed using standard treatments we will contact you to discuss your options.
