Carpet fibres will eventually become dirty, loose brightness, feel grubby and even have an unpleasant smell as bacteria begins to grow in its fibres. Ground in soils and debris if left can damage fibres permanently and create dull worn areas which cannot be corrected. Regular professional cleaning will extend the lifetime and keep carpets looking their best condition possible.

Clean to the edge. We clean carpets right up to the skirting boards, removing dirt and microbes that have been filtered through the fibres over time. It is important to remove these to improve air quality and promote a healthy home environment.

Carpets cleaned at high heat, temperatures in excess of 60°c which kill viruses and bacteria Although our powerful machines remove maximum moisture, we still use extra drying strokes to minimise drying times.​

Furniture carefully moved and replaced on protective pads. Large/delicate items will need to be emptied of any breakables (although we’re very careful & fully insured we don’t want any unnecessary accidents) and be under 25kg unless agreed otherwise.

Fibres not suitable for Hot Water Extraction will be cleaned using low moisture or dry cleaning methods
